Becky Jacoby, ACC

Biography

Becky Jacoby is a former talent executive and certified executive coach who combines deep business experience with a human-centered, neuroscience-informed approach to help leaders and teams grow with clarity and intention. She designs coaching engagements that strengthen leadership capability, elevate team effectiveness, and drive meaningful results.

In addition to her role at Sackett, Becky is the founder of Focus Leadership Group, LLC. With 30 years in electrical manufacturing and financial services, Becky has held roles in customer service, sales, marketing, training, executive development, and global talent management. She coaches leaders and teams at all levels, from emerging professionals to C-suite executives, across diverse industries.

Becky holds bachelor's and master's degrees in business administration from Duquesne University and holds certifications in executive and team coaching, emotional intelligence, Hogan assessments, Insights Discovery, and change management. She lives in Pittsburgh, PA, with her husband and two sons and actively mentors girls and young women in underserved communities.
